A professional Poomsae competition team.
For students who love Taekwondo and are passionate about their training. Through this long-term program we develop the body and mind of those who hope to become competitive Poomsae athletes — preparing them for State and National Taekwondo Championships.
Selection
Eagles Team USA is a selective program. Members are nominated by their head instructor based on commitment, technical foundation, and passion for Poomsae. Specific tryout criteria are shared directly with candidates.
Training
Athletes train on top of their regular classes with additional Poomsae technique, conditioning, and competition preparation. The long-term curriculum is designed to build both body and mind.
Competitions
The team competes at State- and National-level Taekwondo Championships. Recent appearances include the 2026 Oregon State Championship and the 2026 Canada Open.
