Classes for every age
From first kicks to advanced forms — four programs thoughtfully designed for each stage of the journey.

Little Tigers
Ages 4-6 · Mon & Wed, 4:00 - 4:45 PM
A fun and engaging introduction to Taekwondo designed for our youngest students. Little Tigers develop coordination, balance, and basic motor skills while learning respect, discipline, and focus in a supportive environment. Classes emphasize positive reinforcement and age-appropriate activities to build confidence.

Young Tigers
Ages 7-12 · Tue & Thu, 5:00 - 5:50 PM
Young Tigers build on foundational skills with more structured training in forms (poomsae), self-defense techniques, and light sparring. Students develop physical strength, mental focus, and the character values of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit.

Teen/Adult Tigers
Ages 13+ · Mon, Wed & Fri, 6:30 - 7:30 PM
Our most comprehensive program covers advanced forms, full-contact sparring, breaking techniques, and self-defense. Teen and adult students train with intensity and purpose, building physical fitness, mental discipline, and practical self-defense skills. All experience levels are welcome.
