Ages 4-6

Little Tigers

A fun and engaging introduction to Taekwondo designed for our youngest students. Little Tigers develop coordination, balance, and basic motor skills while learning respect, discipline, and focus in a supportive environment. Classes emphasize positive reinforcement and age-appropriate activities to build confidence.

Ages 7-12

Young Tigers

Young Tigers build on foundational skills with more structured training in forms (poomsae), self-defense techniques, and light sparring. Students develop physical strength, mental focus, and the character values of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit.

Ages 13+

Teen/Adult Tigers

Our most comprehensive program covers advanced forms, full-contact sparring, breaking techniques, and self-defense. Teen and adult students train with intensity and purpose, building physical fitness, mental discipline, and practical self-defense skills. All experience levels are welcome.

Family Tigers

Train together as a family! This unique program allows parents and children to learn side by side, building bonds through shared martial arts practice. Family Tigers is a wonderful way to stay active together while teaching values that strengthen family relationships.
